Towing Kit

Allows the towing of a disabled vehicle over long distances, even over difficult terrain without dragging or running over tow strap. Inner bungee cords allow the strap to expand and contract as the two vehicles move together and apart. The outer sheath protects the strap from abrasion if the strap does come into contact with the ground. Snatch straps should not be used for towing as they loose stretching ability after prolonged use. Chains are jerky and get damaged being pulled along the ground. The built in bungee cords in the tow strap stop the tow vehicle from running over the tow strap and therefore avoids dangerous situations in which the line may become caught around brake lines. Contracted length is 12, expanded length is 20. Tow eyes are leather reinforced and the strap comes with a carry bag. The minimum breaking strain is 12,000kgs.
